Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for variety and flexibility? We’re seeking a part‑time Office Administrator to support our Midlands team and ensure the smooth running of our office.
About the Role
In this varied and fast‑paced role, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for calls, enquiries, and visitors.
* Provide day to day administrative support across the team.
* Book travel, manage the office inbox, organise post, and raise purchase orders.
* Oversee office and facilities management, including regular health and safety checks.
* Keep records, compliance documents, and databases up to date.
* Support sales and pre‑tender activity, including assisting with sales enquiries, lead generation and CRM updates.
* Support project management activities, including the compilation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, managing aftercare enquiries, and coordinating tasks to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
* Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently.
* A proactive team player who enjoys responsibility and variety.
Hours
* Part time: Up to 30 hours per week.
* Working pattern can be discussed and agreed to suit both you and the business.
