Business Analysts are change professionals that help organisations deliver business and digital change successfully.
This developmental role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions to understand the needs of stakeholders, in departments such as IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Commercial.
The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering IT solutions of the future – you will support daily operations, learn key systems, and contribute to strategic improvement projects – don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!
This role is ideal for individuals seeking a long-term career in business systems or IT project management, with opportunities to specialise or lead cross-functional initiatives. If you enjoy problem solving, teamwork, and making things happen, this is your launch pad to a powerful future.

To join us, you’ll need:
Level 3 Qualification, either:
4. A-Levels (x3) – Grades A to C, including one of the following subjects: Maths, Computer Science or Information Technology
5. T-Level (Digital)
6. Other relevant Level 3 Qualification
Plus
GCSEs or equivalent:
7. Maths: Grade 9 – 4
8. English: Grade 9 – 4
9. Computer Science: Grade 9 – 4
10. Plus Two more: Grade 9 – 4

What's in it for you
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will rotate around the different business functions to learn and support daily operations to see how the business functions. You’ll build the core skills, knowledge and confidence you need to succeed in your apprenticeship and beyond.

11. Work safely and accurately by following engineering instructions, health & safety regulations, and quality procedures – we’ll guide you every step of the way.
12. Build strong technical, hands-on skills in a live production setting, learning how to contribute to high-performance aerospace manufacturing.
13. Attend college or training sessions regularly, complete assignments on time, and apply what you learn in the workplace with our full support.
14. Keep clear records of your work, track your development, and review progress regularly with our apprenticeship team, helping you stay on course and grow.
