Salary £36,363 - £46,142 per annum, Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week. Family Safeguarding - Fylde & Wyre.
Location: Office based in Fleetwood. Family Safeguarding Team: consist of domestic abuse officers, domestic abuse practitioners, child and family practitioners, and mental health practitioners.

Working in the Family Safeguarding Team
Family Safeguarding is a way of working to keep families together and achieve better outcomes, using a motivational interviewing approach within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements and Eligibility
Minimum of 12 months post‑qualification experience. Not suitable for newly qualified Social Workers or those undertaking ASYE.
Must be registered with Social Work England.
Provide a car for use in duties and insure for business use.

Closing Date: 15th February 2026. Interviews on a weekly basis.
