KS2 Class Teacher
Contract: Full Time, Fixed-Term Contract
Dates: 6th February 2026 - 20th March 2026
Location: Woking, Surrey
Pay: MPS - UPS, paid as daily rate equivalent to salary
A welcoming and highly regarded independent primary school in Woking, Surrey is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join their team on a full-time fixed-term contract from February to March (6 weeks).

The Head is keen to appoint a qualified and reflective teacher with strong KS2 experience who values creativity, collaboration and the holistic development of pupils.
The role will include planning, assessment and participation in staff meetings and wider school life, in line with independent school expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full teaching responsibility for a KS2 class
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Support pupils' academic progress alongside their personal and social development
Assess, track and report on pupils' progress and attainment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enrich curriculum provision
Inspire curiosity, confidence and a love of learning in pupils

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
A passion for high-quality teaching and learning
Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to obtain one)
Legal right to work in the UK
Strong communication and organisational skills
