The Head Office Supply Chain Team is seeking a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our Fulfilment, Forecasting and Supplier Relations function on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring product availability across our network by driving supplier performance, improving forecasting accuracy, and strengthening relationships with key partners. You will work at the heart of our supply chain operations, engaging with internal stakeholders and international colleagues to deliver solutions that support Lidls commitment to efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction through on-shelf availability.
What you'll do
1. Ensure Supplier Fulfilment Levels are increased over time to allow regional supply chain teams to order and receive continuity of goods as needed.
2. Forecast core lines and seasonal demand accurately to support availability and minimise waste.
