Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights.
* Optimise website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase traffic.
* Create compelling copy for various channels including email marketing, social media, and website content.
* Utilise Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms to execute targeted campaigns that generate leads.
* Oversee social media management, crafting engaging posts and monitoring audience interactions.
* Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Experience
* Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on B2B strategies is essential.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through execution.
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
* Experience with WordPress for website management and content updates is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
* Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices for effective outreach campaigns.
