This role involves planning product validation, conducting testing, analysing deviations, and effectivelymunicating findings. Additionally, you will lead the verification and validation of solutions.What Awaits YouDevelopment of a thorough understanding of Powertrain, Chassis and Electrical customer and system functions for all Rolls-Royce Motor Car products.
Participation in the product design "early phase” to ensure product properties meet the extremely high expectations of a Rolls-Royce customer.
Definition of validation requirements and the planning of prototype vehicles.
Selection of suitable validation tests and analysis methods for the evaluation testing and identification of potential deviations.Creation of individualised prototype test vehicle
to evaluate prototype vehicles and manage test results.
Technical analysis of deviations working collaboratively with theplete vehicle development team
Management of solution verification in line with the project deadlines.
Systemic development of high-level test and analysis methods for customer and system functions.
Integration into a highly experienced team directly involved in the product quality of the world's most prestigious automotive products.What You Should Bring AlongBachelor's degree in the appropriate field or extensive relevant industrial experience.
Experience of automotive electrical and vehicle diagnostic systems (CAN, LIN).
Understanding and experience of customer focused validation testing.
Industrial problem-solving methods and techniques (Six Sigma, etc).
Confidence to attend and represent Goodwood in technical network and project rounds.
Ability and enthusiasm to work within cross-functional teams with pride and passion.
Thirst for knowledge and an interest in automotive technological advancements.
Strong time management skills.
IT literate.
