As a Service Designer (6-month FTC), you’ll be responsible for improving client journeys through insight and research. Your tasks will include:
* Leading workshops, mapping journeys, and identifying friction points.
* Transforming pain points into actionable plans and improvements.
* Influencing teams across Client Experience, Insight, Marketing, and Change departments.
* Representing the client’s voice in various meetings, from senior strategy sessions to frontline services.
* Monitoring industry trends and competitors to keep the firm ahead.
This role involves strategic and practical work, managing multiple projects, validating ideas with feedback, and implementing meaningful changes that clients will experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in service design with a proven track record of enhancing customer journeys.
* Expertise in design thinking, journey mapping, and simplifying complex information.
* Experience in professional services, law, or financial sectors.
