Working week: 40 hours per week
Advertised salary is not inclusive of a variable TRONC service charge allocation which will be paid on top of the advertised salary which will be an approx £9,500 per annum bringing total earnings to approx £41,500 per year.

Whilst developing your team and sharing your passion and knowledge for all things food and service, you will also ensure the smooth running of the full restaurant operation, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded and delivered on time. Experience in managing a full-service restaurant is essential.
