Site Supervisor – Join Our Growing Team!
🔧 About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll assist with overseeing the daily running of our on‑site recycling operations. You’ll support and guide site operatives, ensure safe working practices, and maintain excellent communication with both internal teams and the customer.
From organising recycling streams to conducting toolbox talks, every day will bring variety – and the chance to make a real impact.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
* Ensure the site operates safely at all times
* Follow and enforce all H&S policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
* Report near misses, incidents, and accidents via our reporting app
* Conduct toolbox talks and training sessions for site operatives
* Oversee daily processing, segregation, and storage of all waste streams
* Maintain clean, organised site areas and recycling drop zones
* Operate FLT (counterbalance) and electric vehicles with trailers when required
* Support efficient waste collections and exchanges through strong communication with the service delivery team
* Provide cover for operatives when needed
* Build a positive working environment and strong team culture
* Maintain daily communication with the customer
* Work closely with Operations and Contract Managers, offering solutions, ideas for improvement, and operational innovation
* Assist with site audits, H&S investigations, and routine admin tasks

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day with a 30-minute break each day.
