Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking organisation based in Bury St Edmunds, is looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a shift-based role operating on a Panama shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off), offering a great opportunity for experienced engineers to work in a highly automated, fast-paced environment. About the Role: Reporting to the Engineering Lead and working within a multi-skilled shift team, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site. The role involves working on a wide range of process and packaging machinery, as well as supporting site infrastructure and continuous improvement initiatives.
