Experienced SENCO to lead SEND provision and support inclusive learning
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic SENCO to oversee SEND provision at a forward-thinking secondary school in Taunton, Somerset. This full-time role involves guiding the SEND team, coordinating EHCPs, and shaping inclusive practice school-wide.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, families, and external agencies to provide high-quality support plans and ensure compliance and best-practice policies.
Experience and Qualifications

QTS and National SENCO Award (or working towards)

Proven SEND leadership experience

Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding
*
Excellent communicator and team leader
*
Right to work in the UK
