Our client is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Administrator to join their busy and supportive team on a permanent basis.
Hours of Work:
* Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
* 9:30am – 2:30pm
The Role:
As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business. Duties will include:
* Onboarding new clients and ensuring all required documentation is completed
* Processing HMRC agent authorisations
* Raising sales invoices accurately and efficiently
* Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
* Directing enquiries to the appropriate department
* Providing outstanding customer service
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* A professional and positive approach to customer service
