Electrical Supervisor (Domestic) – West Midlands – Permanent - £21.00ph plus Van + fuel card
AndersElite are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor for an established client based in Staffordshire, due to the continued growth of the business.
This is a full-time role on a permanent basis will be site based, working across the Midlands area, on domestic projects. This role is available from September onwards, although applicants with longer notice periods will also be considered.
The successful candidate will primarily be overseeing 1-day kitchen and bathroom or rewire teams, ensuring that the organisation complies with all aspects of NICEIC accreditation and to communicate those requirements to the engineers.
You will be responsible for a small number of electricians, ensuring their work meets with the clients and company’s high expectations and standards. Typical contracts include inspections, electrical upgrades, rewires and repair and maintenance works.
The successful candidate must be/have:
· Fully qualified Gold Card electrician
· Experience of managing a team
· Experience in inspection, testing, certification and reporting procedures for electrical installation in domestic properties
· Full UK driving licence
· Carry out daily site inspections
· Technical support for operatives
· Practical completion of individual sites and process paperwork
· Tenant liaison interface
· Solid organisational skills including attention to detail
· Capable of using computer software and email
· Organised, with high quality standards
· Good communication skills, internal and client facing
This role is expected to offer an hourly rate of £21.00 per hour as well as a company vehicle and fuel card. In addition, the benefits package includes company clothing, company mobile phone and tablet, Enrolment to company pension scheme up to 5% of earnings, annual company bonus scheme, plus several discounts on leisure and IT brands.
You will typically be expected to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with overtime available during busier periods.
