What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs —both 1:1 and in small groups Using positive behaviour strategies and trauma-informed approaches Working closely with class teachers and SEN specialists Being that calm, supportive presence that pupils can rely on, every single day You’ll be a great fit if you: Have experience in SEMH, PRU, SEND, or pastoral roles Know how to build rapport quickly and stay calm under pressure Are confident, resilient, and full of compassion Can commit to a full-time role from September Thrive trained?
