This responsibility is reflected in a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) payment (typically in the TLR 2 range for a middle leadership role). Salary and Benefits Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers. The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025). A Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) payment (The specific amount will be confirmed based on the final responsibility offered, typically ranging from £3,527 to £8,611 per annum for a TLR 2 role as of 2025/2026).
