We are looking to hire a highly driven Aftersales Advisor to join our Aftersales department at our Omoda/Jaecoo branch in Linwood.

Hours
Full time: Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm and alternative Saturday’s 8am – 12pm
About The Role
As an Aftersales Advisor you will be working in all areas of our Aftersales department, giving you a full and well-rounded understanding of how the department works together. There will be a lot of customer interaction in the role, but you will also engage with workshop technicians to provide parts for the vehicles they are working on.
Day‑to‑day duties
* Reviewing and forward planning workloads and checking for accurate and detailed information.
* Liaising with the workshop to ensure they have their required parts.
* Receipting, issuing, and controlling stock.
* Taking care of customers that are bringing in their vehicles for service/repair.
* Identifying parts required and sourcing parts using parts catalogues and internal systems.
* Communicating with customers on the progress of their vehicle.
* Advising of any faults or repairs required and providing clear and accurate solutions.
* Preparing customer reports and invoices.
* This role would be suited to someone who is a good communicator, well organised, self‑motivated and keen to deliver a good experience for our customers.
