Family Support Worker - £13.50-£15.00 Depending on experience
Hours: Flexible full-time, 36 hours / week
Were looking for caring and reliable people to support families in a residential children's service based in Bournemouth. You will be supervise family contact sessions, support parents in a residential assessment centre, or provide practical and emotional help to families at home or in the community. You will be working closely with families, keeping accurate records, and supporting safeguarding and assessment work.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and motivated to help families achieve positive change. You can build trusting relationships, communicate well, and work flexibly. Experience in family support, social care or similar work is desireable, but full training is provided.
