We are working with awell-established, design-led businesswithin the home interiors sector, seeking to appoint an experiencedNational Account Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join acreative, fast-paced organisation, taking ownership of key national accounts while driving growth and profitability.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of national retail accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing and growing key national customer accounts
* Driving sales, margin, and profitability across accounts
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Leading commercial negotiations and agreeing trading terms
* Developing and executing account plans
* Working cross‑functionally with Product, Design, and Marketing teams
* Monitoring performance, forecasting, and managing budgets
About You
* Proven experience in aNational Account Manager role
* Strong track record of managing and growing major retail accounts
* Commercially astute with experience in sales, margin, and P&L management
* Confident negotiator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Ideally experience withinhome, fashion, lifestyle, or creative sectors
* Highly organised with strong communication and analytical skills
