We are seeking an experienced Social Work Team Leader to join our Single Point of Access (MASH) Team based in Kingston Upon Thames. This is a permanent, full-time position. Responsibilities
* Oversee the Single Point of Access Team to ensure high-quality social work services are delivered to children and their families, fostering improved outcomes.

* Manage a caseload of children and young people in compliance with casework objectives and departmental policies.
* Participate in court processes by preparing clear written reports and providing evidence as required.
* Work with families and communities to formulate collaborative care plans, enabling individuals to express their needs and contribute to planning.
* Provide supervision and support to your team, encouraging professional growth and development.
