Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the heart of our contract delivery strategy. Your role is essential in ensuring that our commercial & Operational practices not only meet contractual obligations but also drive internal performance.
You’ll begin by working closely with the operational, commercial & planning teams to build & embed a robust process around remedial management & reporting.
Other duties will include;
Validation of remedial work
Work Basket Management
Commercial review of completed work and assessment of value
Submission into AFP
Client review meetings
Reporting & trend analysis
Cost recovery processes
What you’ll bring
You'll be an effective communicator, negotiator with great presentation skills
Have knowledge of work activities undertaken - Administrative and Operational.
You'll have an understanding of contractual terms & scope of work
You’ll have excellent IT Skills and be able to analyse data and trends
You’ll champion health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
