Office Manager We have taken on a fantastic opportunity to join an established and reputable Private Equity firm, as the Office Manager to their London office. This is an incredibly high-level role for an experienced Office Manager who can juggle a wide range of responsibilities and work to a high standard, while also managing EA's. THE ROLE: The role sits within a leading global investment firm and is key to ensuring the smooth running of the London office. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Oversee office operations, facilities, and health & safety Manage vendor contracts and supplier relationships Lead a team of 5 EAs and reception staff Coordinate with HR, IT, and Compliance on initiatives Liaise with stakeholders, building management, and security Support projects like renovations and energy reporting Ensure compliance and maintain office standards Collaborate with international Office Managers This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, confident, and empathetic Office Manager who is proactive and thrives on balancing office management with EA management.
