My client are looking for a receptionist/ Executive Office Assistant. The role reports to the CEO’s PA. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the highest service is provided to the Executive and Senior Management. You will need to skillfully be able to manage switching priorities and multiple work streams. You will have the ability to build trusting relationships very quickly and build strong rapport across the business.
Duties within the role include and not limited to:
Assist with meeting logistics Work with reception to make sure that they are aware of all guests visiting Work with the Executive Assistant to run errands including dog walking Assist with expenses Assistant with placing orders The absence of the Executive Chef place orders and collect lunches Set up the dining room for all lunches, dinners and breakfast. Restocking the office when needed Management of meeting rooms Answering all calls within three rings Meeting and greeting guests/ checking in at security
