Sales & Customer Service Agent - Spanish Speaking
Location: Hybrid (training fully on-site in Canary Wharf, London)
Salary: £12.30 per hour + benefits
Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly (OTE approx. £3,000 per annum)
Hours: 40 hours per week between 8am-7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Sat
Overview:
We are recruiting for a Spanish-speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy travel and leisure contact centre. This role involves handling inbound enquiries, understanding customer needs and converting calls into bookings, as well as providing excellent service across phone and live chat. Ideal for someone who is naturally sales-focused, customer centric and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming sales and service calls
* Process amendments, cancellations and booking confirmations
* Assist customers via live chat with booking and product enquiries
* Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities
* Upsell additional services, products and extended stays
* Provide occasional outbound support during peak periods
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent Spanish and strong English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, target-driven and able to influence sales
* Strong multitasker with high attention to detail
* Emotional resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous customer service or sales experience essential
