About the Role as a Health and Social Care Performance Coach
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Performance Coach to support apprentices and commercial learners within the Adult Care sector - primarily care homes and related settings.
This is a learner-centred, developmental role where you will manage a varied caseload of learners, providing tailored coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help them progress through their qualifications. You'll work collaboratively with employers and learners to deliver engaging, high-quality training that promotes confidence, competence, and professional growth in the care industry.
As part of our Lifestyles Faculty, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement and support the ongoing development of our adult care and Health and Social Care programmes, helping to grow our apprenticeship and commercial offer.
At Activate Learning, we're passionate about transforming lives through education. If you're motivated by helping others succeed, enjoy building strong relationships, and bring professional experience from the adult care sector, we'd love to hear from you.
