One of Londons most exciting venues is on the lookout for a confident, guest:first Reception Manager to lead the front desk and reservations team.
Youll be the face of the business : warm, polished and calm under pressure : making sure guests are welcomed like regulars and the team are set up to deliver every time.
What youll be doing:
* Leading and developing the front desk and reservations team
* Managing rotas, training, standards and incentives
* Being visible on the floor : a go:to for guests and team alike
* Owning all things guest journey : from booking to goodbye
* Driving feedback, guest experience, and seamless communication
What were looking for:
* Strong reception/reservations experience in a fast:paced, premium setting
* Natural leader : confident, calm and service:obsessed
* Sharp on the detail, quick on your feet, and guest:focused at every turn
* You will be a super user on SevenRooms
* Ability to thrive in a fast:paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Detail:oriented and adaptable.
* Self:motivated with a problem:solving mindset.
* You need to sweat the small stuff: its all about the details
