Customer Service Admin Tweedbank

Were looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Admin to join a busy local team. Youll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing updates, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience at every stage.

What youll do:

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person enquiries

* Process account changes, renewals, and customer requests accurately

* Maintain up-to-date records and documentation

* Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services

* Support colleagues with administrative tasks and team goals

What youll need:

* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

* Strong organisation and time management skills

* Confidence using IT systems

* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
