What You'll Be Doing:

* Working closely with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and consistent learning
* Building your confidence and skills by working in real classroom settings
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience working with young people in any context, such as education, coaching, mentoring, or youth work
* Comfortable leading groups and encouraging student participation
* Clear communicator, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed
* Interested in exploring a future career in education or teaching
