Role Overview
As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction, installation, and finishing of wooden structures and fixtures. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will be responsible for ensuring precision in all carpentry work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, constructing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling wood for construction projects
- Working with other tradespeople to ensure the smooth running of the project
- Ensuring work meets the required specifications and quality standards
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on-site
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Completing tasks as directed by supervisors and site managers
Requirements
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in construction or a related field
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
