Weekend Customer Service Representative

Hours: Saturday & Sunday (with potential for occasional weekday cover)

Role Overview:
As our Weekend Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline of our customer experience and play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our operations. From handling live chats and emails to keeping our space organized and stocked, you'll ensure that our brand delivers excellence every day — even on the weekends
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat and email
* Resolve order issues, sizing questions, shipping updates, and general inquiries
* Provide exceptional aftersales care and maintain a positive customer relationship
* Respond to customer reviews and feedback with brand-appropriate tone and solutions
* Office & Livestream Room Support:
* Restock livestream rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment
* General office upkeep to ensure a tidy, welcoming space
* Order Fulfillment & Inventory:
* Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in creating weekly stock orders
* Place orders for office and shipping supplies as needed
* Influencer & Community Engagement:
* Assist with influencer management – including tracking gifting, responses, and follow-ups
* Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely communication with influencers
Who You Are:
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Friendly, professional, and customer-obsessed
* A strong communicator – both written and verbal
* Comfortable working independently and proactively
* Quick to adapt and eager to support wherever needed
* Tech-savvy and familiar with customer service tools (experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar is a bonus)
