Total weekly hours: 35 hours
Working hours: Monday to Friday 22:00 to 06:00
up to £260 Monthly bonus, based on previous month KPI results
Your responsibilities:
* Order Picking- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in line with dispatch requirements and deadlines.
* Loading of Goods- Safely and efficiently load goods onto vehicles, ensuring correct handling and secure placement.
* Operation of MHE- Operate counterbalance truck in a safe and compliant manner.
* Health & Safety Compliance- Follow all health & safety procedures, carry out equipment checks, and maintain a safe working environment.
* Team Contribution & Continuous Improvement- Work collaboratively within the team, actively contributing to productivity, quality standards, and continuous improvement activities.
Your profile:
* Relevant Warehouse Experience- Proven experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in picking & loading activities.
* FLT Skills & Certification- Minimum 1 year’s experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck; clamp attachment experience is a plus.
* Positive Attitude & Ambition- Motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to learn, grow, and develop within the company.
* Team Player with Strong Work Ethic- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of attendance and performance.
* Safety & Improvement Focused- Committed to health and safety practices and actively contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and quality.
