Job Description Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – £27,000–£32,000 Children in this nursery spend much of the day outside - digging, planting, building, exploring woodland areas and engaging in child-led activities - with structured planning in line with the EYFS. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will build strong relationships with your key-children and families, delivering high-quality and child led activities, ensuring that they build confidence and reach their full potential. Before You Apply A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required. Recent experience in a nursery delivering EYFS-based activities is essential. You must be confident leading outdoor learning and managing a key group independently.
