Admin Manager – Ashlynn Grange Care Home, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ
Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience | 37.5 hours per week (5 days, including alternate weekends)
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop our admin team, ensuring excellent service and smooth day-to-day running of the home.
* Oversee admissions, payroll and HR processes with accuracy and care.
* Keep records and systems up to date, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* Partner with the General Manager and central support teams on recruitment, resourcing, and workforce planning.
* Provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact for residents, families and colleagues.
About You / Qualifications
* Experienced in administration, ideally with a background in care, health, or hospitality.
* Confident managing and developing a small team.
* Skilled with Microsoft Office and comfortable using systems to keep accurate records.
* Highly organised, detail-focused and approachable, with a positive attitude.
