This is the perfect role for a Chef Manager who is looking to make an impact get noticed and be involved in various projects, including presentations, mobilisation, menu creativity, experience various contracts within the business, giving you an insight to all areas with a view to progress in to management, development or area management, depending on what your aspirations are. Menus arent set as standard, which allows you to create menus either on your own or as part of a team, using fresh, seasonable, locally sourced ingredients. The Role This is a pivotal role with the company. You will be a creative culinary force, introducing new, exciting, and cost-effective dishes that reflect current food trends and various nutritional concepts. You will work under the guidance of the supportive Area Manager, who takes a genuine interest in your personal development, listen to your ideas and encouraging delivery of the highest standards of food quality, embracing a culture of both creativity and compliance. The Ideal applicant We are looking for a Head chef or Chef Manager with culinary flair, someone with energy and personality, who can adapt to all areas of high-end catering company. You will have fine dining, menu development, training and development, kitchen management and the desire to progress and grow with a fantastic company. You will be compliant with the necessary regulations, laws, nutrition, and due diligence. Accuracy with your costings is also essential.
