Your Role as Sous Chef in Hunstanton Norfolk:
You'll be a key part of our 6‑person brigade. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the kitchen and keeping our food standards high.
* Working with seasonal British ingredients and our nose‑to‑tail cooking style.
* Helping with weekly butchery, daily caught fish, and all menu prep.
* Ordering, stock control, and leading the team alongside the Head Chef.
