The main purpose of your role as a Field Sales Executive is to sell and promote Fibre broadband door to door. As one of our excellent Field Sales Executives, you’ll be responsible for helping to drive our continued growth in the towns and communities served by our full fibre network.

You will be going door-to-door and working at events promoting the benefits of our full fibre broadband to residents. It will be your job to effectively identify and close sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing a pipeline of potential future B2C sales, trying to levy referrals, and endorsing our services.

With a huge increase in the number of homes scheduled for service next year, this is a significant opportunity to capitalize on some of FullFibre's top emerging markets.

Job Requirements

Ideal Profile...

We’re seeking proactive and experienced sales professionals who thrive in face-to-face environments and are passionate about bringing high-speed broadband to communities. If you have a background in direct sales and are eager to make a real impact, this role is perfect for you.

* Experience in direct face-to-face sales within the energy or telecoms industry.
* Must have a valid UK Driver’s Licence.
* Experience of lone working.
* Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated and target driven.
* Willing to go that extra mile.
* Available to work between 10:00-19:00 (Mon to Fri).

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities are...

* Door-to-door selling into expanding territories
* Engagement with existing and potential clients
* Gaining referrals, endorsements, and introductions from existing customers
* Identifying and closing new sales opportunities
* Updating customer and prospect databases daily
* Managing customer expectations
* Providing high-quality customer care
* Assisting in promotional events
* Working with team members to develop sales protocols to drive new business opportunities
