Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a renowned manufacturing business who are looking for a proactive and influential Head of HSEQ to take full ownership of their Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality systems.
As a key member of the leadership team, you'll:
* Set the strategic direction for SHEQ across the business
* Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
* Lead and develop a high-performing SHEQ team
* Oversee audits, risk assessments, investigations, and continuous improvement projects
* Drive initiatives that reduce environmental impact and enhance operational excellence
* Champion quality, safety, and compliance across all departments and sites
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent
* Chartered Membership of IOSH
* Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
* Competent with ISO14001, 45001 & 9001
* Brings strong SHEQ leadership in a fast-paced engineering or technical environment
* Has excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
* Is confident working independently and with senior stakeholders
