We're working with a well-established specialist contractor operating across civil engineering and ground engineering, delivering technically complex infrastructure schemes nationwide. With a strong forward order book and continued growth, they're looking to bring an experienced Estimator into their pre-construction team.

The Role
You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of tenders, working closely with commercial and operational teams to produce accurate, competitive estimates.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed cost estimates for civil and ground engineering projects
Reviewing tender documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers
Engaging with supply chain and internal stakeholders to build robust pricing submissions
Supporting the wider bid team through the full tender lifecycleAbout You
Proven experience in estimating within civil engineering, groundworks, or infrastructure
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Experience with estimating software such as Causeway, Candy, or similar
Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Civil Engineering or Construction (preferred)
