Job Description
3. Manage and oversee transactional finance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Management of a small finance team, including all training, 121s, appraisals
5. Continually identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies
6. Collaborate with relevant departments.
7. Generate reports to support decision-making processes.
8. Ensure all reconciliations are completed within set deadlines.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Transactional Finance Manager should have:
10. Experience in working in a Team Leader role in a similar SSC environment - Essential
11. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
12. People leadership knowledge - Essential
13. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
14. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
