Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager
Purpose of Role
To lead the Health, Safety and Environment function for the company across all UK and International sites ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and best practice procedures and processes are in place.
The role holder will advise the Senior Management Team and lead the organisation by maintaining a clear HSE framework; promoting and embodying a positive safety culture across all areas and aspects of the business by providing policy, procedures, training and audits.This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within the marine industry, offering a clear pathway for progression into a more seniorleadershipposition in the near future.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. A single point of control / reference for all (managers and employees) providing competent advice for all HSE issues in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.
2. Leading the HSE team, performance management and development of individuals.
