Rate of Pay: £20.14 - £25.61 per hour
Summary:
Prevention, Data & Outcomes Lead role supporting Housing Advice & Enabling services, including waiting lists, rough sleeping, homelessness, and strategy. The position focuses on driving service improvement, using data to enhance outcomes, and supporting operational delivery across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
* Lead service improvement initiatives across housing teams.
* Work across waiting list management, homelessness, and rough sleeping services.
* Analyse data to drive performance and improve outcomes.
* Support delivery of housing strategies and service enhancements.
* Provide leadership and oversight, including line management responsibilities.
Essentials:
* Proven experience in housing services and service improvement roles.
* Strong line management background.
* Experience working with homelessness, rough sleeping, or housing advice services.
* Ability to analyse data and drive performance outcomes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* This role requires a Basic DBS
