Job Title: School Administrator (SEN Setting)
Pay Rate: £14.13 per hour
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 15:30pm
Start Date: 3rd November
Smart Education is currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate School Administrator to join a fantastic SEN provision in the Wolverhampton area. This is a temporary role for 3 months, within a highly supportive and well-resourced school that provides outstanding education and care for children with a range of additional needs.

Job Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a school office (essential)
• Confident and experienced using Arbor management systems (essential)
• Enhanced Child/Adult DBS on the Update Service (essential)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and take ownership of tasks
• Empathetic and understanding approach when working with pupils, parents, and staff
• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
Role Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate student records using Arbor
• Carry out general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, handling correspondence, and maintaining school records
• Support the Senior Leadership Team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Liaise professionally and empathetically with parents, carers, staff, and external agencies
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism across all school data and communications
