HR Assistant
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £35, per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Full-time, Office-based)

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR Officer in various activities, including:
1. Supporting recruitment, assisting with scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
2. First Point of contact or HR queries
3. Maintain personnel files, process benefits, and manage absence administration
4. Organise training sessions and keep accurate training records
5. Policy and Compliance, support performance and probation reviews
What We're Looking For:
6. Experience in a similar HR Assistant or HR Administrator position
7. A knack for handling confidential information with discretion
8. Strong organisational and time-management skills
9. A confident personality and proactive attitude
10. Proficiency in MS Office
