Senior Associate / Partner - Property Litigation - Exeter - 6+ Years PQE
Location: Exeter (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £75,000-£110,000+ (depending on experience and level)
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Senior Associate or Partner to join its well established Litigation team. The firm is recognised for its strong sector expertise, high quality work and supportive culture, and offers an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on a strategic, influential role.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied and high quality caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including:
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Lease renewals and terminations
* Dilapidations
* Possession claims
* Property related contractual disputes
* Development and boundary disputes
* Agricultural and rural tenancy issues
You will also play a key part in the development of the team, including:
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
* Supporting strategic growth of the property litigation offering
* Strengthening relationships with clients, agents and referrers
* Collaborating with wider sector teams
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a senior lawyer with:
* 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
* Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Experience supervising or leading a team (desirable)
* A proactive approach to business development and relationship building
* Motivation to grow and develop the firm’s property litigation offering
* Applications are welcomed from existing Partners or Senior Associates ready to step up.
