If you enjoy working with children and have the resilience to deal with challenging behaviours while offering a caring and supportive therapeutic approach, then we would love to hear from you!

Pebbles Care offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our established team and become an integral part of children's lives. Your role may vary each day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. Our unique cluster roles enable you to develop your skills and experience through diverse work and team interactions.

Your responsibilities include daily home life activities such as driving children to and from school, appointments, and visits (a full UK manual driving license is essential). You will teach valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores, and create lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays.

You will work collaboratively with your team across multiple locations within a short distance of each other, providing support tailored to each young person's needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one.

Training begins on day one with our comprehensive induction and shadow shifts, where you'll learn about the Pebbles Way and our therapeutic care model, supported by your manager and our Learning and Development team.
