We’re working with a successful and expanding organisation based in Sevenoaks, seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This role doesn’t require previous procurement experience — if you’re a confident administrator with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
The Role
Acting as the first point of contact for internal teams and suppliers
Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries promptly
Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
Inputting and exporting data using various systems (training provided)
Liaising with the Accounts, Warehouse, and Contract Management teams
Assisting with office supply orders and general administrative tasks
About You
Experienced in administration or office support (minimum 6 months)
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team

£24,500 - £26,500 (depending on experience)
Sevenoaks, Kent
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
