ABOUT THE ROLE\nYouâll be part of a team delivering a full range of property management services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. A key feature of our programme is early and consistent client exposureâgiving you the opportunity to build relationships and develop confidence in real-world settings from the outset.\nYouâll also collaborate closely with our ESG, Facilities Management, Property Accounting, and Building Surveying teams, gaining broad exposure across disciplines. As part of the programme, youâll earn your IOSH certificate and attend external events and forums.\nWe offer one pathway:\nâ¢\t5 Year programme designed to support you in completing a BSc in Commercial Real Estate and the APC to become a chartered Surveyor\n\nThis position is full-time, with on-the-job training, complemented by attendance to external events and forums.\n\nWHAT MATTERS MOST IN THIS ROLE\nAs a Management Surveyor you will oversee the day to day running and management of a varied portfolio of commercial property ranging from retail, office and industrial. Youâll be responsible for providing landlords and tenants specialist advice on things such as lease obligations, repairs, and maintenance works, whilst overseeing the management of rental and other income owed by the tenant. You will be working with the client (landlords) to help enhance the value of their portfolios when required.
