You will be an integral part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, supporting and facilitating the care needs for inpatients.
We will develop your skills in stroke medicine and rehabilitation.
This post is open to candidates who are looking to start their career in a nursing environment with no previous experience or alternatively the more experienced carer looking for a change to further their clinical knowledge and skills.
This role is an ideal opportunity to develop a career within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital environment and can be used as a steppingstone to gain experience prior to commencing or alongside training in Nursing, Midwifery or Parametric Science.
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi‑disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high‑quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
