Trenchless Lining Operative

We are a specialist utilities and drainage company with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality, environmentally friendly repair and maintenance solutions. As part of our growing team in Essex, you’ll use innovative trenchless technology to restore drainage systems with minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in drainage, groundworks, or similar manual trades who are keen to develop their skills in trenchless and no-dig repair techniques.
Responsibilities...
* Carry out a variety of drainage maintenance and repair tasks, including CCTV surveys, robotic cutting, and high-pressure water jetting
* Install patch liners and full-length liners using ambient, hot cure, LED, or UV methods
* Perform rerounding, pipebursting, and sliplining to replace or rehabilitate existing pipes
* Complete manhole refurbishment and resin sealing works
* Maintain accurate digital records of site activity
* Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained and ready for use
* Undertake training on the latest UV lining technology (100mm and 150mm pipes)
* Work away from home when required
Requirements...
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous experience in groundworks, construction, or drainage (preferred)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Ability to work in confined spaces and all weather conditions
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
* CSCS Card
* Confined Spaces certification (City & Guilds)
