Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a leading housing association for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister to join their in-house legal team. The role focuses on providing legal advice and managing litigation relating to housing management and landlord and tenant law. Key Responsibilities: Advise on routine and complex housing and tenancy matters. Conduct litigation on ASB injunctions, possession claims, tenancy fraud, disrepair claims, EPA prosecutions, and more.
